A sample of the Court’s Scheduling and Case Management Order is provided solely for the purpose of giving parties general information as to how the Court typically proceeds to resolve election matters in an expeditious manner. Further, upon the filing of an Objection Petition, the Court will issue a Scheduling and Case Management Order.
